The by-products in this consignment consists only of animal by-products derived from trimmed offal of domestic ruminants, which have maturated at an ambient temperature of more than 2 degree celcius for at least three hours, or in the case of masseter muscles of bovine animals and de-boned meat of domestic animals, for at least 24 hours"
