tức là ở bước 1 người ta nghiền micro trước để tạo chế phẩm đầu tiên ( chế phẩm này có bao gồm lượng bột levo nữa), sau đó sẽ nghiền tiếp phần còn lại của micro đồng thời trộn cùng tinh bột tiền gela với bột levo để tạo mẫu thuốc^^

step1: chế phẩm của bột levo có chứa 1 phần micro bằng cách nghiền step2: nghiền phần còn lại của micro và tinh bột tiêng glen với bột levo để tạo mẫu hàm lượng của chế phẩm hoàn chỉnh step3: thêm bột tan,... ........ (tham khảo^^)

Levothyroxine sodium tablets were manufactured by a direct compression process comprising the following steps:

   * preparation of a levothyroxine sodium triturate with a portion of the microcrystalline cellulose by simple blending
   * blending the remainder of the microcrystalline cellulose and pregelatinised starch with the levothyroxine sodium triturate to produce a uniform content of active substance;
   * addition of the talc, silicon dioxide colloidal and magnesium stearate, followed by blending to prepare a powder mixture;
   * compression of levothyroxine sodium tablets at a crushing strength of not less than 30N (3Kp) and a resulting strength of 35-100N (3.5-10Kp).
