How to cook the boiled chicken
There are three simple steps to cook the boiled chicken. But first of all, you need to prepare a chicken (you should choose a fat hen, about 1.5 kg), ginger, a lemon fruit, some fresh lemon leaves and other spices such as salt, pepper, chilly… In the first step, you stick and pluck the hen, cut out hen’s entrails, throw innards away.
