Neither of the parties is not allowed to discontinue the co-operation without any writting document indicating the adequate reasons and approved thereof by the other party. If any party discontinues at its own discretion, it shall be considered to violate the contract and liable for their violations in compliance with the laws.

Conversely, while party B finish the workload timely as per the progress of taking legal procedures stated in the contract but party B fails to do so, party A shall accept to lose the money advanced or deposited to party B

Neither of the parties can unilaterally amend or terminate any terms and conditions of the Contract. If arising from and occurring outside the Contract, it can/shall be made with annexes and attachments and such annexes and attachments are an integral part of the Contract.
