Success does not come by easily without courage, determination, perseverance and tenacity. Winston Churchill has said “Never, never, never give up” and that has been my favorite quote ever since. Every time I was feeling down or facing great challenges, I think of how the Great Britain "never gave up" and fought a great war against German fascism despite difficulties. The saying has been my inspiration and motivation to always try harder and achieve my goals. From my case, I would desire to do a volunteer work but chance is rare. Setting up a volunteer team was my impossible dream. It freaked me out whenever it crossed my mind. After 6 months with this dream and some encouragement, I shared my idea with some of my close friends. But none of them seemed to be interested in. I was frustrated then but told myself not to give up. I thought that there must be some people having the same idea as mine. I tried a different approach which was posting my ideas on social websites. I was astonished upon figuring out that a lot of people shared my idea. Now, we have joined together in one team and started our volunteer work. For anybody else, it might be a normal victory. But for me – an ambitious person, it is a big marvelous achievement which is the firm proof that I could achieve more. Because, first of all, I have overcome my self, widened more my safe circle - the place where I feel safe when doing all things. After all, from my above experience, I would have failed if I had not pushed myself strong enough to pursue my target.
