I send you my Ielts score in hoping I will have your acceptance to start the Financial Planning course in May 2011 without taking Assessment Test in Centennial College. As I tell you, in waiting my Visa, I continue to improve my English and I am sure that when I come to Toronto in May, my english is enough to help me start my course without too much difficult.

If Party B does not end the violation/ breach of the Agreement or failure to pay rental for 15 days or more, causing public order turbulence/turmoil that seriously affects the normal life of people around/ nearby, Party A may unilaterally terminate the Agreement.
